These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at DRIFT.
By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email.
    Bookings are personal and non-transferable unless agreed otherwise.
    DRIFT reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if these terms are not respected.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are fully refundable.
    Cancellations made within 6 days of arrival are non-refundable.
    In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
    If DRIFT needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, force majeure), you will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: from 14:00
    Check-out: by 12:00

  • Arrival instructions will be shared after booking.
    Please respect these times to ensure a smooth and quiet experience for all guests.

4. Nature & Respect

DRIFT is located in a protected natural area.
Guests agree to:

  • Respect the land, wildlife, and surrounding environment

    • Follow a leave no trace principle

    • Keep noise to a minimum at all times

    • Stay within designated areas

    • Don’t dump waste

Any damage to the land, facilities, or natural surroundings may result in additional charges.

5. Facilities & Practicalities

  • There is no running water on site. Guests must bring their own drinking and cooking water.

    A compost toilet is available.

  • There is no Wi-Fi; mobile phone reception is available.

  • Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and depending on weather conditions.

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions shared on site.

6. Water & natural hazards

  • All water bodies on or near the property are not suitable for swimming.

  • Natural environments may contain uneven terrain, water edges, wildlife, and falling branches.

  • Guests acknowledge the presence of natural risks inherent to outdoor and forested areas.

  • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.

  • DRIFT cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting from inadequate supervision, including incidents near water, fire pits, or natural features.

  • The site is natural and not fenced; guests stay at their own responsibility.

7. Pets

  • Pets are allowed.

  • Pets must be kept under control and must not disturb wildlife or other guests.

8. Waste water & toilet disposal

  • It is strictly prohibited to dispose of grey water, black water, or toilet waste on the land.

  • Guests must use designated disposal points outside the site for wastewater and chemical toilet residue.

  • Any dumping of waste water or toilet contents on the property will be considered a serious violation of site rules and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund & the additional payment of a fee.

9. Liability

  • Guests stay at DRIFT entirely at their own risk.

  • DRIFT is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings caused by:

    • improper use of facilities

    • failure to follow safety instructions

    • lack of supervision (especially of children)

    • natural features or environmental conditions

  • DRIFT remains responsible for incidents resulting from proven negligence or unsafe conditions under its control.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected during booking is used solely to manage your stay and will not be shared with third parties.
